How do I order flowers on your site?

Once you've found a floral product that you like, simply click the 'Buy now' button next to the bouquet to be taken to our easy 3-step checkout.

During checkout, you will be asked to log in if you are a returning customer. If you are using our service for the first time you'll be asked to provide some details such as your invoicing address. You will need to inform us of the name and address of the recipient; you will also get to choose the delivery date and compose a card message.

Throughout the whole speedy process, you can rest assured that all your details are stored and transmitted securely, and never ever shared with anyone else.

Will I get an order confirmation?

You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation the day you place your order.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has been delivered?

No, unfortunately we are unable to send an email to confirm that delivery has been made.

However, if you wish to call us on +353 1 853 6300 our team will be more than happy to help and check the status of your order.

Is it possible to amend details of my order?

Yes provided we receive sufficient notification from you. It is best to contact us on + 353 1 853 6300 to outline your desired amendments.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order please call us ASAP. We are happy to cancel any order provided it has not been prepared for delivery.

Can you deliver to all parts of Dublin?

Can you send flowers to other parts of Ireland and Overseas?

Yes. As members of Interflora we can send Flowers to all parts of Ireland, the UK and to the majority of Countries worldwide.

What happens if the recipient isn't in when you deliver?

As the flowers that you send may be a surprise, it is inevitable that in some cases the recipient may not be available to accept their flowers at the address you have provided.

If this is the case, our floral delivery driver will endeavour to try one of the following alternatives:

  • Firstly, our driver may leave your flowers either with a neighbour or in a safe place at the address, if this is possible. (We exercise sensible discretion; flower safety is high on our list of priorities)
  • If this is not possible our driver shall try to deliver the flowers to the address later in the day, or return to our Flower Shop with the delivery.
  • If it has not been possible to deliver the flowers, our driver will leave a business card to advise that a floral item could not be delivered and request that they call us.

When contacted by the recipient, we will deliver on an agreed day of the recipient's choosing.

How are orders delivered?

We employ our own delivery staff to deliver all orders in the Dublin area. In this way we have complete control over your order ensuring it is delivered on time and undamaged.

The recipient is only going to be in during the morning, can you deliver before lunch?

Yes . We will make every effort provided we receive sufficient notification.

Can you guarantee delivery on a specific date?

Yes, we can – except on public holidays.

Is it possible to find out if my order has been delivered?

Yes although as we deliver until 5pm, it is best to wait until after 3pm on the date of delivery before enquiring. Please contact us on + 353 1 853 6300 or by email.

If the delivery has not been made by this time, we should be able to confirm the status of delivery. If this is the case, your flowers will typically be awaiting delivery or re-delivery (having already tried to deliver your flowers or gift).

Can you guarantee the delivery of funeral flowers on time?

If the flowers are to be delivered to a Funeral Director, Hospital Mortuary or Church please provide as much detail as possible including the name of the deceased.

Can you deliver flowers to business addresses or hospitals?

Yes . However please note that Bons Secours hospital in Dublin does not allow delivery of flowers . Also certain wards in St. James Hospital and The Mater Hospital in Dublin do not allow delivery. Please check with these hospitals that flowers can be delivered before you place your order .

It's very important that you provide full and accurate information about a recipient in hospital, including full name, ward number and full hospital address. When sending flowers to a hospital, please ensure the patient will not be discharged from the hospital prior to or on the day of the flower delivery.

Please note most business addresses are closed on Saturdays. We always deliver to business premises between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. When sending flowers to a business address please ensure the recipient is working on the day of delivery.


I like one of your products, but can you change it slightly for me?

Will the floral item as described on your website be made and delivered exactly as shown.

Popular flowers such as Roses, Lilies, Carnations, Chrysanthemums, Gerbera are always in stock.

On occasions for reasons outside our control (seasonality etc) some flowers that appear in our floral arrangements may not be available from our suppliers. Should this arise we will substitute an alternative similar flower.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Laser Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All prices are displayed and charged in Euro

What type of guarantee do you offer?

All of our Flowers are guaranteed to arrive fresh and beautiful on your selected delivery date every time you order. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product quality upon arrival and subject to our "Terms & Conditions" we will replace it free of charge.

This guarantee applies to orders for which we have received complete and accurate delivery information.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

When you register your details you will be provided with an account to facilitate future ordering. When returning to our site you will be asked to provide your password to gain access to your account details
